TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CAR RENTAL SERVICE WITH DRIVER

QUOTES AND RESERVATION:

• All quotes must be requested at the email address info@salentotaxiservice.com or by phone at +39 327.98 05 727
• Online reservations must be made 24 hours before the start of the service.
• Rates include fuel and motorway tolls in Italy.

SUPPLEMENTS:

• Night service (from 22:00 to 05:00 a.m.) surcharge of 20% of the ordinary rate.

SERVICE ORGANIZATION:

The driver will meet the customers with the sign indicating the name of the client or company:

• At the airport: at the passenger exit in the arrivals hall;
• At the Railway Station at the place agreed with the booking office;
• At the Port: on the quay where passengers are disembarked;
• In the City: in the place indicated with the booking office;

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

• Payment in cash directly to the driver at the end of the service.
• By bank transfer to be made at least 6 days before the services requested with currency before the day of service. Sending, by mail, a copy of the bank transfer made with the consequent sending of the invoice.
• Via PostePay recharge.

RECEIPT:

Upon request, a regular tax receipt will be sent directly to the customer, upon notice of the deed booking of the receipt header (complete name, company name, billing address and VAT number).

BEHAVIOR:

Users of the rental service are forbidden to:

• Smoking during transport;
• Throw objects from both stationary and moving vehicles;
• Debride, contaminate or damage the vehicle;
• To expect that the transport will be made in violation of the safety and behavior rules provided for by the current Highway Code.

BAGGAGE AND OTHER TRANSPORTATION:

• Each passenger must communicate at the time of booking any extra baggage and items, to prevent the car is not suitable for this transport.
• It remains the driver’s discretion to load unwanted bulky items or suitcases into cars excess or which do not present safe transport conditions. (broken, dirty, wet suitcases etc.)

RIGHT TO CANCEL THE RESERVATION OF THE CAR RENTAL SERVICE WITH DRIVER AND SERVICES ADDITIONAL

• The customer can cancel the reservation by writing to us, sending an e-mail or calling us.
• The cancellation of the car rental service with driver or complementary services, without penalty is accepted by 12 hours before the service. Cancellations received within 6 hours before the start of the service is applied a penalty equal to 50% of the service charge.
• In the case of a canceled flight or a delay of more than 30 minutes at departure, the customer is obliged to notify us number of reservations to guarantee the presence of one of our staff at the arrival.
• In the event that the customer does not show up at the appointment with the driver, after one hour from the landing of the flight or at the appointment, and without having any news from the customer, he will leave the station and the service will be fully charged.
• Any request for changes to reservations already confirmed (eg time change, route, duration) must be forwarded to the reservation center which will check the possibility of make the requested change.
